How much is delivery and how does it work?

The cost of delivery primaraly depends on the location of your event but there are other smaller factor that can be a factor.  Fill out our contact form and we will be happy to give you a specific quote.  We are flexible with delivery and pick up times and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Is set up and take down included?

We always assemble, put tables in an upright position, and wipe them off on site, but specific arrangement is not included.  We work with you to find out the time your venue allows for delivery and setup.  As you can imagine, venues fill up very quickly and sometimes will schedule multiple events in one weekend.

This means vendors must pick up theirs rentals the night your event ends.  We will be there when you need us to pick up your rentals and we will make sure that we are able to accommodate you and your venue’ restrictions.  We do charge a nominal fee for same day service.

Can I see the tables and benches in person?

Yes!  We understand needing to see something in person before committing into an agreement and we love meeting our potential clients.  Unlike big box rental companies we are a small family run business and operate out of our home in Quarryville, Pennsylvania.

Because of this, we show inventory by appointment only.

Do you require a deposit and can I change the number of items being rented after I reserve my date?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your event date when you decide to book with us.  Full payment is due two weeks before your event date along with any order revisions.
